We understand that unfortunately sometimes things don't fit exactly as you'd thought, so we're happy to refund any item purchased, providing they are returned unworn (with the original tags and hygiene stickers in tact), in their original packaging, and within 10 days of receipt of your order (excludes shipping time).
For all returns please follow these simple steps:
- Fill out the International Returns Form (download from below link)
- Package this up along with the item/s in their original packaging
- Address it to: RH Swimwear, 19 Spicer Avenue, Hammondville, NSW, 2170, AUSTRALIA
- Then drop it off at the post office

All returns - a little more information
Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an automated email confirming that your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order (excluding delivery time).
Items must be returned as they were received – unworn, unused and with all tags and hygiene stickers in tact.
If you have received an item that does not match the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of purchase).
In the unlikely event you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of purchase).
