Full refunds and exchanges on all items
We understand that unfortunately sometimes things don't fit exactly as you'd thought, so if you’re not entirely happy with your new swimmers, you can return them for a refund or exchange via the process below. This includes sale items and change of mind returns, providing they are returned unworn (with the original tags and hygiene stickers intact), in their original packaging, and within 10 days of receipt of your order (excluding shipping time).
How to return an item
- Complete our online International Returns Form here
- Package up each item in their CORRECT individual packaging. Please ensure this step is completed for a free return (i.e. no restocking fee).
- Ensure all items are returned unworn, unused and with the original tags and hygiene stickers intact, within 10 days of receiving your order (excluding delivery time).
- Write your name and order number on the Returns card that was included in your original parcel, and pop this back in the package along with the items you're returning.
- Address your parcel to the following address and drop it off at the post office. Unfortunately we're unable to pay for the cost of shipping back to Australia, but see below for free international shipping on exchanges.

We have good news for international customers, you can now receive free shipping on your exchange! Simply reorder the new size or style via our website, and contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org for a free shipping code that you can apply to your new order.
Wrong item or defect
In the unlikely event you have received an item with a defect or that does not match the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com as soon as possible (and at least within 10 days of receiving your order).

All returns - a little more information
Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. Once received, your return will be processed within 1-4 business days, please allow up to 25 days for the entire returns process. You will receive an automated email confirming that your refund and/or exchange has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 1-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
